    Raw Fish

One of Busan’s representative dishes, raw fish became famous to the world through the Japanese by the name of sashimi. In addition, there are numerous raw fish restaurants lined up in Jagalchi, Songdo, Haeundae, Songjeong beaches. Live fish is cooked on-site. This is why you can enjoy the tasty chewy raw fish. Blowfish Dish

Busan has been known as the original blowfish hub from very early on.

Blowfish was abundant in Busan compared to other regions so there are many blowfish specialty stores cooking with freshly caught blowfish. Also, since Busan is very skilled in removing the toxins of blowfish, a broader menu was possible. There are over 10 main dishes of blowfish, including steamed blowfish in large pieces and spicy seasoning, blowfish bulgogi which is seasoned blowfish cooked on stone boards and blowfish shabushabu made by slightly dipping thin slices of blowfish into kelp broth.

But most of all, the blowfish soup after a heavy drink as a hangover soup is known as the best dish. This is because blowfish absorbs acetaldehyde, which is known as the reason of hangovers.
